- Jotun Blockfiller is a exterior grade filler based on acrylic copolymer resin.
To be used as a filler to minimize surface imperfections in exterior and interior surfaces of concrete and cement plaster. It is smooth and easy to apply, and gives an ideal surface for subsequent coats.
